SHIPPING POLICY

Orders ship from Ventura, California.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Available shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Current United States options are:

• USPS Priority Mail: $5, with an estimated carrier transit time of 3–5 business days. This option is free on orders of $75 or more.
• Express: $15, with an estimated carrier transit time of 1–2 business days.

Order processing occurs before these carrier transit estimates begin. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incorrect delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available to selected destinations. Available services, prices, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
